Health is Wealth

As we reach mid-year, many of us have looked at our resolutions at the beginning of the year. Some of our goals are to lose weight, and if you have fallen off the bandwagon, its time to relook and start all over. You can start by practicing these:

1. STRENGTH TRAINING
By adding weights to your workout, you automatically burn more calories. Start from light to heavier weights gradually.
2. EAT CLEAN
Wholegrains, real food keep your calories at bay. Avoid oily, processed and fried food.
3. CARDIO
Besides strength training, cardio will also help. So, run, or go for a long walk..
4. TIME
Losing body fat or weight takes time so don’t expect instant results. But never give up, and keep at it.
