We recently launched the first phase of our Five Stones project at SS2, Petaling Jaya. The first phase comprised of one block of high-rise condominium and two blocks of low-rise villas which total up to 185 units.

Over 70 per cent of sales were notched up almost instantly within five days of the launch. The project attracted large groups of enthusiastic potential property buyers. There were young families who fancied the concept and are comfortable with the established locale and those who are looking for a high end lifestyle bachelor’s pad. On the other hand, there were also retirees looking for comfort and security, as well as three-generation families selecting the bigger units as the new family home.
