Natural remedies are mixture or combination of natural ingredients obtained from plants, herbs, spices or any product of nature. Even in some cultures, plants and herbs have been used for the purpose of healing called ‘traditional medicines’.

1. GINGER
Ginger is a root with multiple health benefits and medicinal properties. It’s inexpensive and been in use since centuries. Ginger can be used in any form whether it’s dried, in powder or juice form. It is used to treat soreness, digestion, morning sickness, flu and common cold.
2. HONEY
Honey is a universally used food for medicine, dessert, treatment and as a healthy treat. It contains many antioxidants, nutrients, enzymes, minerals, and vitamins too. It is beneficial to heal wounds, kill unwanted bacteria and solve digestive problems.
3. CEYLON CINNAMON
Ceylon cinnamon is one of many varieties of cinnamon with a light color, different shape, and taste with multiple benefits. It has anti-oxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Cinnamon is used to add flavour to food and taste to herbal tea. It is considered best for treating diabetes, for fighting cancer and to control blood pressure.
4. TURMERIC
Curcumin is the main ingredient in turmeric with strong anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory effects. It is used in cooking as a spice. It is best taken with milk to heal wounds, lessen pains and give peace to the body by curing. Turmeric is also used as a natural remedy for the whitening of a face.
